Jennie Sammur is a bilingual strategist, connector, and global commerce architect with over two decades of experience opening doors others cannot. As a licensed Florida real estate broker and a seasoned professional in international trade and economic development, Jennie brings a rare combination of expertise that serves clients at every stage of their growth journey.
Throughout her career, Jennie has driven tens of millions of dollars in export growth, attracted significant foreign direct investment into the Florida market, and led international trade missions across Europe and South America that produced formal bilateral agreements and lasting commerce relationships. She has counseled hundreds of businesses on global market entry, connected multinational organizations with U.S. partners and resources, and facilitated cross-border partnerships that transformed local economies.
Jennie holds a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of South Florida, complemented by a Graduate Certification in Community Development — a foundation that informs her systems-level approach to economic growth and market development.
As Executive Vice President of the Organization of Women in International Trade International and Immediate Past President of the Tampa Bay Chapter, Jennie is a recognized leader in the global trade community whose influence extends well beyond Florida’s borders. Her work has earned her national recognition, including a feature on Bay News 9 discussing the economy and a finalist distinction in the WFLA Remarkable Women recognition program.
As a recognized leader within the Tampa Bay international business community, Jennie has championed global commerce, cross-border trade facilitation, and public-private partnerships that have elevated the region’s presence on the world stage. Her network spans multiple continents and industries, and her fluency in English and Spanish, combined with conversational Italian and Arabic, reflects the depth of her global reach and cultural fluency.

Rising through the ranks over the course of an extraordinary career, Chief Perez earned the highest honor a city can bestow upon one of its own when the City of Tampa and the Tampa City Council formally recognized him in 2023 with a commendation celebrating his exemplary career and his profound impact on Tampa Fire Rescue and the community it serves.
Chief Perez holds a Master’s Degree in Emergency Management with a focus in Organizational Leadership, and he is a proud alumnus of Harvard University’s prestigious Senior Executive Leadership in Local and State Government program, one of the most selective leadership programs in the country. These academic achievements reflect the same standard of excellence he has brought to every role he has held throughout his career.
